2017 Midwest RCT Cheat Sheet

Just northeast of Indianapolis, Fishers, Indiana is one of the fastest growing cities in America. In 2016, Money magazine ranked Fishers the 30th-best U.S. city in which to live after it peaked at #12 on the 2012 list, the only city in Indiana to make both lists. Also in 2016, Fishers was declared the second-safest city in America for children, finishing behind only Carmel, Indiana, the city due west of Fishers. With easy access to hotels, Conner Prairie, Ritchey Woods, the Nickel Plate Arts District, Geist Reservoir, Hamilton Town Center, and live music at Klipsch Music Center, rugby players, coaches, and fans will have plenty to do in their downtime.

Southeastern Youth Rugby, the club in charge of hosting and staffing the 2017 Midwest RCT, is currently the nation's fourth-largest youth rugby program, with almost 90 kids playing in Grades 2-4 Flag, Contact 5/6, Contact 7/8, and a soon-to-be-added summer touch youth league. Fishers Tiger Rugby is ranked a Top 20 varsity program in the nation and qualified for the 2017 High School Boys Nationals along with three other Indiana clubs. "The Hoosier State" qualified more clubs for nationals than any other state in the country!
